Brief Description:  Reworked leading edge on right elevator

Reworked the right elevator leading edge using new technique with much better results. Alternate approach required fabricating rolling tools for each segment of the control surface leading edge. Tools were made using 1" electrical conduit and 1/2" x 1/8" steel bar. The conduit and steel bar are cut to length and match drilled to the leading edge of the skin. The skin is clamped between the steel bar and the conduit and temporarily fastened with aluminum pop rivets. Vice grips on each end the conduit supply necessary leverage. First one side is rolled, the temporary rivets drilled out, and then the tool is fastened to the second side and rolled. Prior to rolling, the overlapping edge on the rolled joint was bent slightly with a lapping tool. Refer to attached pictures for more detail.
