Worked on the port side aft baffle components. This is the area where the oil cooler will be installed. Determining exact placement of the cooler and the oil cooler brace was difficult. The instructions say the cooler should be as high as possible but there is very little room vertically once you lower it enough to fit under the cowl. Fitting the cooler brace was also a challenge since it barely matched up to the side baffle plate once the side was trimmed down. The reinforcing angle had to be trimmed at the aft end and this made the riveting difficult later.
