Got quite a bit done at the hangar today. Began by temporarily rigging the aileron so the flap and hinge could be aligned and match drilled. After drilling the hinge was deburred and riveted onto the trailing edge of the wing.
Once the flap was installed, I moved on to fitting and drilling the wingtip. The wingtip flange was first sanded to approximately 1/2" then fitted and drilled.
