I got the port wing moved top the new cradles for riveting. Today I spent time reviewing the shop instructions and determining the best way to rivet the bottom skins, particularly the inboard skins. I decided to use a combination of flush blind rivets and solids. Most of the blind rivets will be used on the four inboard ribs close to the rear spar. Solids will be used where they can be reached thru the lightening holes of from the front edge of the skin.
Also check the fit of the skins. I was somewhat concerned by the apparent slight mismatch of the holes from the rear to the front. Not sure how this could happen since everything was match drilled. I will keep checking the match as the riveting proceeds and will cleco whenever p[ossible at the from of the skin to be sure it doesn't become a real problem as I move outboard.
