The shop instructions suggest riveting the bottom skins with the wing laying on a table bottom side up. I decided this would best be done by fabricating some cradles fastened to the top of saw horses. I found some scrap 1"x12"x48" planks and scribed the shape of the upper airfoil on each board. After cutting to shape on a bandsaw I attached them to a 2"x4" which in turn was fastened to the rail of a sawhorse. The raw edge was covered with a carpet strip so it would not scrathc the wing skin.
I made two of these supports since I will work on the wings one at a time.
