Brief Description: Checked toe-in/out on landing gear
Today I leveled the fuselage and ran a plumb line across the main gear axles to check amount of toe-in or out. I was hoping it would show neutral but it looks like I have about 1 deg toe-in so it looks like some shims will have to be acquired from Van's. Apparently, they sell shims in .5, .75, and 1.0 degrees. Of course it will take at least 4 days to get the items. Think I will spend a little time trying to identify any other items that might be needed soon from Van's. Oshkosh is rapidly approaching so any order need to go out soon.
