Brief Description: Hydraulic crimper for large gauge wire
I am going to have some large gauge wires to crimp forward of the firewall when installing the engine and FWF components. I have been looking at the Harbor Freight hydraulic crimper shown below for awhile. It came on sale this week so I decided to pick it up. Haven't actually crimped any wires yet but I think it will do the job. The dies included handle from 0 to 14 gauge. Frankly, I don't see much need for a hydraulic crimper when dealing with small wire and cable but it should be excellent for the heavy stuff.
