Brief Description: Trim bulkhead for fitting servo
You can see in the first photo below the pitch servo to be installed just behind the battery box. The servo mounts right on top of a fuselage bulkhead. You will also see the bundle of wires on the bottom side of the servo. When bolted in place these wires rest against the inner edge of the bulkhead creating a chafing hazard.
To avoid any possible chafing I used a dremel tool and some scotchbrite to cut a small channel in the bulkhead to give the wires plenty of clearance. The cut can be seen in image two below. After removing the metal, the primer on the bulkhead was touched up.
