Our next most significant aircraft project is the Memphis Belle. You will see below the two main fuselage structures have been bolted back together. Work continues throughout the fuselage interior.
I have also included a picture of the left wing root to give you an idea as to the attention being given to internal structures, even those that will not be seen after the aircraft is reassembled. A snapshot of the left main gear assembly and wheel/tire is also included. The gear legs like every other component was restored by shop personnel.
