Todays shop session focused on the cockpit floors:
1) All the floor support angles were separated and deburred. 2) The front floor panel was matched drilled to the F-805D brackets and nutplates installed. 3) The front seat back hinge was matched drilled to the floor panel. 4) The left and right foot wells were clecoed, match drilled, and deburred. 5) Countersunk as appropriate the floor for support angles, spacers, and seat rib angles. 6) Installed nutplates for the flap bearing blocks to the outboard seat rib angles. 7) Clecoed the floor stiffeners in place and match drilled. 8) Match drilled the rear seat hinge to the floor panels (included fabricating a shim).
