Brief Description:  Continue fuselage assembly

The first task today was to rivet the web of the F-807 bulkhead to the left and right aft outboard seat ribs. Next, the F-818 left and right baggage ribs were riveted to the F-807 bulkhead and the F-814 left and right inboard seat ribs.

Nutplates were riveted to the aft end of the aft side skins to accomodate inspection access covers. The mid longerons were back riveted to the two side skins. The skins were then clecoed to the mid cabin skins, the F-807 bulkhead, and the upper longerons.

The F-811C angle and the two F-811B stabilizer attach bars were clecoed and riveted to the F-811 bulkhead assembly. The WD-409 tail spring weldment including spacers was clecoed and match drilled to 1/4" for bolts. After deburring all the holes the weldment was installed with the appropriate spacers, bolts, washers, and nuts.

The F-812 bulkhead assembly was clecoed and riveted to the aft bottom skin. The F-811 bulkhead assembly was clecoed to the aft bottom skin but I had considerable difficulty riveting this assembly so I decided to take a break before ruining any parts or marring the skin. I will try again tomorrow, hopefully with better results.
