Brief Description: Priming fuselage parts - part 2
The shop session today was spent priming fuselage interior parts. All the smaller parts were completed but the skins remain as well as the upper bulkhead halves and some of the baggage compartment panels. Once these are complete I plan to prime the interior parts of the forward fuselage assembly. I may do some additional priming of the seat rib assembly as well.
I was a little surprised at how much room was needed to do the priming. To get more room in the shop I had to put down some moving blankets in our living room to protect the carpet and temporarily store some of the completed components.
Connie has been a good sport during the aircraft build. She offered to let me close off our dining room and use it for additoinal workshop space but so far, that has not been necessary. Today, however, some additional room was required. Hopefully, I will get all the priminig completed in the next couple days and be able to clear the living room once again.
It happens that Connie is visiting our boys and their families out in Tucson at present so she doesn't have to put up with the temporary mess.
