Brief Description: Bending center section plates & gussets
I shaped the center section plates and large gussets using the same method as was used on the landing gear box plates. I also cut the longeron gussets apart and polished all the edges with the scotchbrite wheel. The edges were radiused on the large gussets but the smaller longeron gussets are yet to be radiused. You will see the appropriate edges to be radiused are marked on the smaller gussets below.
