Brief Description: Leading edge assembly & countersinking spar
Today we finished up the riveting on the leading edge assembly for the starboard wing. The only rivets to set were the forward most six rivets on each rib (where the proseal was used) and the rivets holding the inboard end rib (with the splice plate).
Once the leading edge was complete, I begain countersinking the holes in the main spar where the skins will be riveted (leading edge, top and bottom skins).
