Brief Description: Ohio Valley RVator UFO to Parkersburg, WV
I should have been in the shop today but the weather was great and the Ohio Valley RVators had a UFO (Ultimate Fly-Out?) set for Parkersburg, WV. I have been monitoring the RVator forum for awhile and wanted to meet some of the builders and pilots, so I pulled the Archer out and headed for PKB. Quite a few RVs showed up and I had the opportunity to meet a few of the guys. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay too long so didn't get to meet all those present. In the coming months, I hope to meet additional members. Getting all the call signs, tail numbers, and names straight may be a little challenging. There are a lot of RVs in the surrounding states.
I took quite a few pictures but have only featured two aircraft below. There were a variety of models present at PKB but I am a fan of the RV-8. Hope none of the guys take offense but this software limits the number of pictures per log entry. There were numerous nice RVs on the field including some other 8s.
