Inspected and disassembled the original rigging psh rods. All rod end bearings badly worn, CS5 5/8 steel, CS12 bowed. New parts ordered from Aircraft spruce. Note: Manual calls for the rods to be 1/2 inch OD 2024 T6 Aluminium. Given the loads encountered I will use 1/2 inch OD 4130 T5 Steel with females adjusters on each rod (The original set up had only one for the system on the control column)
