Brief Description: Drilling F-634 Seat Belt Brackets in F-705
In this work session I drilled the F-634 seat belt brackets to be mated to the lower F-705 fuselage frame. To accomplish this as directed I first drilled the right side brackets at the directed locations on DWG #21, then I bolted the brackets to the F-705 using spare AN3-4A bolts and AN365-1032 nuts. I then secured the left bracket using AN3-12 bolts to ensure 3/16" spacing and lightly threaded a spare AN490HT11P Threaded Rod End to ensure the holes were aligned. Then lightly drilled the left side only enough to begin the hole in the F-634-L (Left side). I then removed the left bracket and completed the hole using the drill press. Then reinstalled the bracket to check the fit. Note: The brackets are numbered position 1 - 4 from left to right with the F-705 oriented upwards.
