Brief Description: Drilling the F-605C to the F-705 & -705B
In this work session I drilled the F-605C to the F-705B, I first measured and marked the F-605C along the length, the middle and finally along the 1/4" radius at the end. I then marked and drilled the first hole at the 1/4" radius end of doubler bar and then secured the F-605C bar to the F-705B using 1/8" clecos. I then match drilled the F-605C to the F-705B. I then trimmed the end of the F-605C as depicted on the of the DWG #20.
