Brief Description: Forming and Drilling the F-705H Spacer
To form the F-705H Spacer I first measured and cut the AB4-250x1 1/2 in the lengthwise grian direction using a hack saw. I then filed, sanded, and scotchbrited to complete forming the part down to the perscribed length and width, and also rounded the interior edge. Finally, I used the dimensions of the spacer to align the middle of the spacer through the middle of the pre-drilled hole. After starting the hole using the hand drill, I removed the spacer and completed the hole using the drill press.
