Brief Description:  Fuel Tank Work

In this work session, I was only able to accomplish a few tasks. So I marked and drilled the T-405 angles with holes for the five AD4 rivets that will secure it to the tank wall (edge distance 2D+1/16"). I also marked and trimmed all of the right fuel tank skin stiffeners with 3/16" edge distance (2D for a 3/32 rivet hole) to allow more space between the skin stiffener and the tank rib to allow water trapped in the tank to flow to the lowest point and be drainined. This idea was originally intended for the RV-6 and was found in the fuel tank section of the RVator.

Note: This 3/16" edge distance was measured from the edge of the hole, which actually provides a 2D+1/16 distance from the center of the hole.
