Brief Description:

Cleaned, scuffed up (scotch brite), and masked off area for skin stiffeners, fuel drain, and gas filler.
Figured out that 3 tablespoons base and 1/4 teaspoon accelerator gives a 10:1 ratio. Tried weighing but stupid scale from orchard is no sensitive enough.
Mixed up first batch (a little too much for just stiffeners, drain, and filler) and started process of back riveting. First two stiffeners went well. #3 gave me a lot of problems and had to replace 3 rivets. Still not completely happy. Rest of rivets went much better - learned where to apply pressure on stiffener to skin with small stick as I pushed with rivet gun. By the last stiffener I was going well.
Drain and fill went pretty well, but had to use rivet gun / bucking bar for last (inside) rivets on filler. Gun / bucking bar was actually easier than I thought. If I had had another set of hands it would have been MUCH easier.

Felt very pushed for time trying to beat the 2 hour working window. I think I went over it by 30 minutes (??) but sealant still is very runny?? Maybe not enough accelerator??
