Completely aligning and attaching the tip rib extensions for the horizontal stabilizer. These will attach to the length of the extended fiberglass tips and extend out along the ends of the elevators. They have a 1/8" offset to the tip rib, and the factory bend line on the part is not perfectly straight, so it took a while to get the rib and extension perfectly centered and aligned before drilling.
I made a center line on each piece, clamped them together to the table, and then used a laser level to check and adjust the alignment. This seemed to work well and the ribs+extensions fit well in the fiberglass tips.
