Finished fitting the vertical stabilizer fiberglass tip. I ended up needing to adjust the angle it was sitting, because it ended up with a slope to the rudder line. I filled in the holes with fiberglass resin and redrilled them. I had to do a little sanding and cleanup, but it looks good.
