Carefully laid out the vertical stabilizer setup again, measuring to make sure it's on spec. I was able to get it all to look good with some adjusting, but the second longest rib (T10-02) needs to be re-made; it's about 1/16" too short, and that pulls it up on the front spar channel, so that there is not enough material (less than the required 1/4" for structural soundness) between the rivet line and the front edge of the rib.
I've ordered some more Z02-04 channel, and I'll remake the rib ASAP and then lay it out again and start drilling.
