Drilled rudder drive horn. Did not deburr holes, since I will have to drill through them to attach to rudder forward and aft rib, and I don't want to deburr them twice. Still waiting on arbor press to do final 5.2 degree bend on the part before attaching to ribs.
Also fabricated and deburred part T13-06, which is a small angle doubler that attaches to the rudder horn/rib assembly. (pic 1)
Laid out rudder hinges, and made a drill template for Sonex hinges. They are standard and all riveted 1" apart and 1/4" from the hinge line, so I made a template out of an aluminum yardstick. This should save considerable time measuring hinges for drilling (see pic 2)
