Brief Description: Aft Fuselage Sides Final Assembly
Final assembly and riveting of the aft fuselage side panels. The upper longerons are not riveted at this time, since later the turtledeck skins have to be inserted between the aft fuse sides and the longerons.
There was nothing terribly difficult about this assembly, though I had to be careful to make sure the ribs were facing the right way and were properly oriented top to bottom. The first and last rib are oriented in the opposite direction from the middle three.
Riveting the phenolic fairlead blocks was a non-event. I was wondering how the rivets would work with it, but they seem to be gripping quite well and hold everything very tightly.
