Mike came over and helped with the final riveting of the HS. We attached the rear spar and riveted per the instructions. Ensure it is oriented correctly...rear spar notch on bottom as well as 9 hole pattern on front spar on bottom. We used the L4-3 blind rivets to attach the inspar ribs and AD4's to attach the end ribs and modified ribs. The instructions mention to make sure the manufactured head is on the spar for clearance with the elevator later. This was not mentioned when the rear spar assembly was built on pg 8-02. My shop heads are on the aft face of the rear spar assembly where the doubler is attached. I hope this won't be a problem later.
