Brief Description:  Mixed up epoxy and laid fiberglass in fairings

I decided to try a different technique than the manual suggests for laying up the tip fairings. I recessed the 1/2" foam inside the tip fairings about 3/8" which forms a pocket to later fill with flox then microballoon mixtures. This fill is then sanded to shape.
I used west systems resin and hardener (fast) to spread over the glass cloth. Once it was saturated I laid it in the fairing and worked it in to the corners by lightly pressing it down all the way around the perimeter. Make sure to cut the cloth close to final size, maybe a 1/4" overhang, otherwise the weight of the excess material tends to pull the glass cloth out of the recessed area as it hangs over the edges. I did this for all 3 tip fairings and let them set overnight.
