Brief Description:  Aft bottom skin, bulkheads and battery angles

I used the bandsaw to cut the aft bottom skin to size then cleaned it up with the 3M scotchbrite wheel. I wanted to check the fit of the aft bulkheads.
Primed then riveted together the aft bulkheads. There is a 5/8" systems hole that needs to be drilled into F-1408R. I did this with the step drill in the drill press. I made sure to drill it correctly however you can see in Image 3, when the rudder cable bracket is attached to the bulkhead the hole seems oversized because it doesn't match the bracket perfectly. I measured the hole I drilled and it is 5/8" so I don't know why it doesn't match perfectly as I've seen on other blogs. I don't think this will be an issue. I also countersunk the battery angle pieces to receive the nut plates. According to the plans only 2 of the nutplates get final drilled to the #12 size which matches the 2 different sized nutplates.
