After a week off to visit family and friends I'm back in the shop building again. The extra parts from Van's arrived to finish the elevators...molex plugs, connectors and rivets. I had better luck attaching the molex plugs and connectors this time after using the stein air video on buidling mini molex connectors. It worked better for me to crimp the pin to the wire and insulation at the same time versus doing them separately like I had seen on another video. Once they connectors were built I installed the trim servo per the plans. IOT get the hinge to attach to the trip tab, there was a lot of deflection in the trim tab. I hope this is only because the servo screw is fully deflected in one direction, otherwise I may have done something wrong.
