Used the bandsaw to cut the lead counterbalance weights. Pay attention to the manual and all 4 weights get trimmed on the ends so they fit inside the tip ribs but only the inboard weights get shaved to where both sides are flat. The outboard weights don't get shaved so they will sit over the shop heads of the AN426AD4 rivets in the web of the tip ribs.
