After the first carbone sheet I made a new one but this time with a 1mm Plywood in sandwich between 2 carbone and 2 glass layers. The finish has improved to perfection and the stability as well. The new sheet is tinner, lighter and more stiff than the alum sheet! All it needs to get cut and painted in satin gloss.
