After making the third cockpit panel and get all in the right place, I decided to replace the alum sheet with a Carbone panel. First I had to make the carbone panel by laminating onto an old glass door 2 layers of carbone and 3 layers of glass. The result was not too bad but the panel was not as solid as expected. It had a lot more flex then the alum panel. Not Good enough!
