Glueing the wing tip to the wing and installeing the screws for equal force distribution. This required multiple drill sequences, first predrilled with 3mm trough the alu, wing skin and tip to ligneup the all parts, then drilled the alu and the wing skin to 4mm so that the 4mm screw is only pulling the tip skin when inserted! Also filled and blended in the flap gap cover with the wing trailing edge.
