Trying to make the wing as aerodynamic as possible I could not accept the huge 2 inch gap on the bottom of the flap. As much as I understand from aerodynamic, this will create drag. Therefore this gap has to be closed up which will increase top speed but more important it will also decrease stol speed. After more research it confirmed to have only benefits to close this gap, in case it would be a problem somehow it can be cut off very easily.
Some 1mm plastic board and a bit of tape did a good job to create the base for the glass layup. Same as the cover strip two layers of glass on the top and later 1 layer glass from inside to make it stiff.
