Brief Description:  Glassing the Canopy Frame

As first I cut about 20 strips of different width in 5mm steps so that I can stagger the layers depend on the bevel I sanded onto the Perspex.
After I had the foam covered with a coat epoxy the day before I started lay up the first glass strip. this worked out actually very easy. Because I liked to get a perfect fit of the canopy onto the fuse, I covered the fuse with tape and wax it with release wax. Now I was able to glass the canopy onto the fuse!
After two more layers I filled in all the bevel from the Perspex to the fuse to create a nice even surface from canopy to fuse.
