To make this control horn I was pre warned by Dennis B. that the drawing in the manual is not quite correct; therefore I made some calculation myself and found that the horn would be too big to have the required movement as stated in the manual with the limited travel of the servo. After long waiting for answers from Arion or user group I assumed that either of us did not got the point also further assumed that the original design was meant to have only up Trim, which would work with the travel and size of the control horn in the manual. I made the horn a bit smaller so that I get the full down 30deg trim as well as a little bit up of 15deg. This was the best compromise what I believe. If this is not working I will change the servo for the next size up with 10mm more travel!
