First I drilled the AOI bolts with a 3/16" from inside out with an angle drill, which was done earlier to have the AOI right for test mounting. As everything was right and the smaller wholes still lined up the next size up, the required 5/16" were drilled. After inserting AOI bolts all was measured up again including the incident to ensure everything is still aligned and square. To verify that the left and right side are level, I used a clear plastic hose filed with water and a few tropes of ink which worked very accurate as a level. All the measuring nearly drives me nuts, it would be more than 50 times I measure and verified the levels, also I measured the outer corner of the HS trailing edge to the front of the fire wall 4625mm for both sides as well as the outer corner to the top of the VS, all confirmed that the HS is correctly positioned.
