Finally after multiple trail installs the rudder was hanging in centre, the hinges parallel and free to move. For maximum deflection to the right some trimming on the fin lip will be required later.
The top hinge to install was very painful; only having a 1" hole available therefore I glued a spanner to a rubber glove to position the spanner in the hole, worked fine!
