After installing the engine control box, I noticed that there were many exposed terminals and switches on this box! As it is installed in the engine bay and exposed to heat and dust, I thought it would help to cover this box into a plexiglass case. Bought some 3mm plexi from Bunnings, measured all up, cut it with the jig saw and sanded all square. To glue the plexiglass together I ordered a special plexi cement ACRI-BOND 110 Acrylic Cement Adhesive. This will chemical weld the material which should stand up the mechanical vibration stress. As it has a DB9 Socket, the connecter needs a special shell as the cover is not high enough (on purpose), will be the first project for my new 3D printer coming at Xmas.
