Today I drilled the pan head screw holes in the seat skins to #19. I then dimpled and riveted K1100-08 nutplates that will secure the control stick boot covers. Next, I drilled out the rivets for the two seat ribs and made a doubler for each as recommended by Joe Blank at Van's. I match drilled, prepped, and primed the doublers. next session I can rivet and bolt the doublers and finally move on.
