Brief Description: Framed walls and hung plywood sheeting for storage
This weekend showed a marked improvement over the last. Chris let me use his framing nailer and I was able to frame the whole thing on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning we went to Menard's to pick up the plywood sheeting and vinyl siding. I put up all the sheeting on Sunday afternoon with some help from my son Tanner.
Chris and his wife Jen stopped by late in the afternoon with a tiller for our garden. We then had a beer or six and ended up grilling out and relaxing. End of progress. I owed him big time, and some beer and burgers won't get me out of the hole.
I hope to get the siding done before the overhead door comes in over the next week or so. After that I will need to make some shelves and move the stuff to the new storage area.
My goal was to have this done by the time I go to Oshkosh for the builders workshop in early May, I don't think I will make it.
