Brief Description: Drilled rib flange holes to spar and match drilled
Tonight I made some really good progress. I match drilled HS-405 and 404 to the front spar. I used Gerry's angle drill as this was a tight spot. I couldn't get the holes perfectly square to the spar due to the 3/8" chuck on the angle drill, but it will work out fine.
The rest of the time was spent drilling all of the skin holes to number 40 size. The boys and I are heading to Oshkosh Airventure Thursday night after football practice so I won't be working for a few days.
Match drilled all holes in skin and clecoed in place.
