Brief Description:  Clecoed rear spar back together and started riveti

I worked a little bit on Sunday and a couple hours tonight with a combined total of 2.5 hours. I set a few rivets last night and they didn't quite meet the proper spec on the shop end. Van's stated they were the proper length in the instruction book, but measured a little short to me. I checked on Vansairforce.net this morning and found they are called out slightly short, but are acceptable. I have read several places where the plans call out lengths that are sometimes slightly incorrect and need to be measured and verified.

The riveting process went very well and I only boogered up one that needed to be drilled out and re-set. They are not perfect but are quite acceptable. Tanner stopped by for a look-see and Justine took our picture to verify that I am doing the work for the FAA. He will probably be taller than me when this project is done.

The last picture shows the shop head side view of the rear spar for the horizontal stabilizer and it turned out pretty well. I have a couple things to finish on this part and then it will be on to the front spar.
