I set the wing stands an inch to far from each other, so it is necessary to make some modifications to the system.
Also, with the help of Earl Swan, I was finally able to understand how the outboard part of the wing is held in the stand and still allow the wing skin installation.
I started out with 4 3ā x 4ā x 3/8" plates fastened to the arms of the stands.
The wing tip ends will be modified so the rib, with the smooth side facing outboard, will slide into the jig using pins and holes drilled into the rib. The spar is held in place by āCā clamps at the inboard ends.
