The finished trim tab had a very slight bend in the trailing edge. I decide to buy a new skin and rework the trim tab using the pneumatic squeezer to set the rivets at the bottom of the trim tab spar.
While I was at it, I ordered the sealant recommended by Van’s for the fuel tanks. Kept refrigerated, the shelf life of the product will be extended.
