Brief Description: Preparing L/R Elevators

Note: I prepared both L and R Elevators at the same time. This allowed me to clean, prime and seal all the interior parts at the same time. Also, I did not countersink the E-705 to E-701-L and E-709 Root Ribs to E-701-R. Rather, I dimpled the parts for assembly. Removed clecos connecting E-709 to E-702-R. Clecoed and drilled WD-605-1-R Elevator Horn to E-702 and E-709. Removed clecos connecting E-705 to E-702-L. Clecoed and drilled WD-605-1-L Elevator Horn to E-702-L and E-709.
