Brief Description: Preparing Left Elevator

Cleco and drill E-610PP and E-611PP reinforcement plates and Platenuts to the E-702 spars. Cleco and drill E-703 end rib to E-704 counterbalance rib. Installed the E-714 counter balance weights and #12 drilled thru the fwd flanges of E-703 and E-704 ribs. Removed E-714 counterweight and clecoed E-705 root rib to E-702. Final drilled E-702 to E-405. Cleco E-701-L to understructure.
