Almost forgot to put a dab of RTV at the trailing edges of the rudder stiffeners. Had to remove and reinstall the rudder skeleton/understructure. I used materials purchased years ago from my bicycle assist engine days.
Riveted the Rudder Skeleton to the skin. Was able to access the rivets under the R-710 Rudder Brace with my TATCO Squeezer. I could only reach one of the 4 (on each side) with a bucking bar. Hard to see what I was doing because the space is so tight.
It was difficult to set the rivets near the TE of the R-703 Tip Rib. I played with all of the toys I have in my arsenal until they were acceptable.
Waiting for a dimpling set for the #10 screws holding the R-703 Tip Rib to the E-614-030 Counterweight.
