Brief Description: Finishing the Vertical Stabilizer

Riveted the VS skeleton together. Had trouble with one of the -4 rivets at VS-702, VS-704, and VS-705 intersection. Earl Swan stopped by and helped mw solve the problem. Not the pretiest work, but it will work. Began to rivet the VS-801PP Skin to the skeleton.
